1、基礎(chǔ)地面處理：做好基礎(chǔ)地面的處理工作是做出優(yōu)質(zhì)環(huán)氧地坪漆工程的前提，環(huán)氧環(huán)氧地坪漆施工要求基礎(chǔ)地面強(qiáng)度要求不低于C25，地面平整度一般要求在2m范圍內(nèi)落差不大于2mm，如地下水位較高則混凝土底層應(yīng)作好防水處理，含水率不高于8%，沒有油污等雜物。處理完畢后，檢查基底的質(zhì)量，避免質(zhì)量效果不佳，而導(dǎo)致環(huán)氧地坪漆涂裝效果不佳。

5、無錫環(huán)氧地坪施工環(huán)境：無論封閉底漆、中涂漆、還是面漆，由于胺類固化劑反應(yīng)一般低于5℃基本不反應(yīng)，所以涂裝環(huán)境溫度在10℃以上時較佳，如低于這個溫度，對涂料則需采取一些改進(jìn)措施。高濕度也對涂層外觀有很大影響，特別要避免在低溫高濕環(huán)境下施工，所以一般相對濕度小于85%時方能施工。

5.
